my portfolio URL.

Only the categories of personal data listed above are authorized for public disclosure under this consent.

3. Data Not Permitted for Public Disclosure

Telegram contact;
LinkedIn contact where provided exclusively for communication regarding my submission;
IP address;
User Agent;
consent records and other administrative information

are not authorized for public disclosure and must not be displayed on the public Website or made available through a public API.

4. Purpose of Public Disclosure

The purpose of public disclosure is to feature my selected portfolio on foliodeck and allow Website visitors to:

identify me as the author of the portfolio;
understand my professional specialization;
access my portfolio through the URL I provided.

Submission of this consent does not guarantee that my portfolio will be selected or published.

5. Conditions of Public Disclosure

The personal data listed in Section 2 may be made available to an unlimited number of persons via the Internet.

Public portfolio pages may be accessible without authentication.

The publicly available pages may be indexed by search engines.

6. Duration

This consent is effective from the moment it is provided and remains valid until the earliest of:

removal of my portfolio from foliodeck;
receipt by the Operator of my request to terminate public disclosure;
termination of the relevant Website or service;
another circumstance requiring termination under applicable law.

7. Termination of Public Disclosure

I may request termination of the public disclosure of my personal data at any time.

The request should include sufficient information to identify me and, where applicable, the URL of the relevant portfolio page.

I understand which personal data will be publicly available;
I understand that the information may be accessible to an unlimited number of Internet users;
I provide this consent freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest;
I understand that I may subsequently request termination of public disclosure.
