1. Personal Data
I consent to the processing of the following personal data that I provide through https://foliodeck.pro:
- name;
- email address;
- Telegram or LinkedIn contact;
- professional specialization;
- portfolio URL;
- other information that I voluntarily provide through the portfolio submission form.
The Operator may also process technical information associated with my submission, including the date and time of submission, IP address, and User Agent, where necessary to confirm the submission and consent.
2. Purposes of Processing
My personal data may be processed for:
- receiving and reviewing my portfolio submission;
- contacting me regarding my submission;
- evaluating my portfolio for inclusion in foliodeck;
- managing my submission;
- arranging subsequent publication if my portfolio is selected.
Submission of a portfolio does not guarantee publication on foliodeck.
3. Processing Operations
I authorize the Operator to perform the following operations with my personal data:
collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, retrieval, use, provision of access where necessary for technical operation, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
Processing may be carried out using automated means or without automation.
4. Public Disclosure
This consent does not by itself authorize the Operator to publicly disclose my personal data to an unlimited number of persons.
Public disclosure of my personal data on foliodeck requires separate consent provided through the Consent to Public Disclosure of Personal Data.
5. Consent Period
This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until I withdraw my consent, unless continued processing is required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
For submissions that are not published, personal data may be stored for up to one year from the date of submission.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
I may withdraw this consent by sending a request to:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the Operator receives the withdrawal request.

By providing this consent through a separate checkbox or other affirmative action on foliodeck.pro, I confirm that:
